Our ceramics are manufactured for optimal bacteria retention, this is done so by using
our innovative process of using pressure casting instead of the labor intensive slip
cast method. This new process allows for faster production times, faster drying/firing
times and far quicker production lead times.
Pressure casting also allows us to manufacture a variety of sizes, diameters, and
lengths without the need for costly tool charges for a custom application.

The ceramic range offers the ability to add a granular or block material inside the
core which allows a greater flexibility for choosing the right filter based on your
filtration needs.   |

Our standard range of ceramic filters are designed to fit AquaCera® branded systems
and can be easily fitted to upgrade competitors systems.
